Below are the BASE PRICES based on tumbler size:(Base price includes ONE mica or glitter color and ONE name only decal)

(Other tumbler styles available upon request)

PLEASE NOTE: Base pricing is set such that when material costs fluctuate, the base price remains consistent. Pricing breakdowns are NOT available prior to the design and color consultation. Final price is based on design and material costs. We provide double walled stainless steel tumblers from our suppliers or store purchase. No used tumblers are accepted. If you require a tumbler style other than what we provide, the full price of that tumbler will be added to your invoice.

Bottoms of tumblers will not be customized as that space is reserved for Carter’s Crafty Concepts branding.

All design and color consultations must be scheduled via the carterscraftyconcepts.com website.A corresponding email will be sent to the email provided with the link to access the consultation. During the consultation we will discuss color selection(s), timeline, how the creation process works, and answer all client questions.

The standard creation time is APPROXIMATELY 6 to 8 weeks. Times can vary due to design, quantity ordered, orders already in production, and the time of year (holidays are busier times). Changes are able to be communicated and made via the client dashboard on carterscraftyconcepts.com as your order is processed. However,understand that additional time may be required to accommodate certain changes.

Ready to ship tumblers are already made, ready to go, and will be shipped out within 3 to 5 business days. The tumbler pictured via the carterscraftyconcepts.com website is the exact tumbler you will receive. No personalizations are able to be made on ready to ship tumblers unless otherwise specified via the product description via the website.

10 tumblers or more qualifies as a bulk order.

Bulk order pricing will be $5 off of each tumbler per chosen design OR a complimentary

12oz. Wine, coffee, or tea tumbler of any design.

If there is a waiting list at the time of your order, that will be discussed during your consultation. Waitlist times are APPROXIMATELY 1-2 weeks to allow for the completion of orders in progress. In the event that the waitlist time will exceed two weeks, you will be notified. Please note that waitlist times ARE NOT included in the standard order processing time of approximately 6-8 weeks. Processing time will begin once you receive notification your order is ready to start, at which time, the remainder of your balance is due in full before any work will begin.

A NON REFUNDABLE 50% deposit must be paid to secure your spot on the waiting list. The deposit will be applied to the balance on your order.

All logo files MUST be sent via email to tumblers@carterscraftyconcepts.com prior to your appointment. To maintain the integrity of the logo during the creation process it is REQUIRED that all logo files be sent on a transparent or white background.

If specific fonts are needed for your design you must email the font file to tumblers@carterscraftyconcepts.com prior to your scheduled appointment

Due to copyright infringement laws, we do not use trademarked or copyrighted logos, or any other legally protected intellectual property.

According to the Functionality Doctrine of United States Trademark Law, we are able to use trademarked images so long as the mark is used to do something other than inform the public about the source of goods or services.

At this time, Carter’s Crafty Concepts will only be creating, upon request, custom tumblers using the logo of a National Pan-Hellenic Council member organization. Logos from more than one organization will not be used on the same tumbler.

Those organizations are Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Incorporated; Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated; Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Incorporated; Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Incorporated; Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated; Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Incorporated; Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated; Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Incorporated; and Iota Phi Theta Fraternity, Incorporated.

Requests for custom tumblers with the usage of trademarks from other organizations and professional sports teams cannot be accommodated at this time.

Orders are started in order of PAID INVOICE only. No orders will begin production until the invoice is paid in full.

Invoices are sent via Square and are due within two weeks. Unless other arrangements have been made, invoices not paid within two weeks from the date of invoice will be canceled. In the event of a canceled invoice you will be required to make another appointment and deposit.

Orders are fulfilled according to the itemization on the invoice. All invoices serve as a second layer of confirmation on the specifics of the order. Payment is (1) confirmation that the order is correct and (2) confirmation that you have read and accepted all terms of service. Due to the personalized nature of each tumbler, NO REFUNDS will be issued. All invoice payments are final

We will provide a weekly update on the status of each order. Unless prior arrangements have been made, updates will be given Sunday-Tuesday of each week via your client dashboard located on carterscraftyconcepts.com via your account tab.

Please DO NOT reach out to us via social media concerning your order. All client communication will be done via the client dashboard.

All communication REQUIRES A RESPONSE from the client to ensure the requested customization meets expectations. Failure to provide a response within 24 hours may result in a delay in the completion of the order. All client communication will be done via the client dashboard.

Upon completion, all tumblers will be checked and tested for any major imperfections and the client will receive video and photos via the client dashboard located on carterscraftyconcepts.com to confirm as well. (Please remember that all tumblers are handmade and some minor imperfections are possible).

Please care for your tumbler according to the tumbler care instructions sent out with your order. NO REFUNDS given for improper care.

  • Do not drop the tumbler (epoxy is glass like and will shatter)
  • Hand wash with warm water ONLY
  • Do not soak (tumblers are NOT dishwasher safe)
  • Do not leave in a hot car
  • Do not expose to acetone

Remove the rubber rim from the base of the lid. Soak both components in daily in warm soapy water

No refunds or replacements will be given for lost, stolen tumblers, or mishandled tumblers

Local pick-up is available for clients in the Houston Metropolitan Area.

All deliveries and pickups will take place at the following address:

at a mutually agreed upon time and date

(Please use our convenient shipping option if this location is out of your way.)

We are pleased to offer a 15 minute grace period for all order pick ups. Please plan accordingly as clients who don’t arrive within 15 minutes of the agreed upon pick up time will be responsible for picking up their order from Carter’s Crafty Concepts Headquarters at another mutually agreed upon date and time.

Pictures and video will be taken during ALL deliveries.

Carter’s Crafty Concepts offers shipping via USPS. Shipping fees are calculated by weight and are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping fees will be discussed during your design and color consultation.

Upon receiving your order please photograph or video (preferred) the box BEFORE OPENING!

In order to ensure quality upon delivery, a video of the item being opened is REQUIRED. All videos must be sent via your client dashboard on carterscraftyconcepts.com within 24 hours of delivery. If videos are not provided within the specified time frame, we are unable to assist with any damages to the tumbler(s).

Carter’s Crafty Concepts reserves the right to use all pictures and video from the tumbler creation process and delivery on the Carter’s Crafty Concepts Facebook and Instagram pages, as well as our website and all other marketing materials.

Every effort will be made when packaging to protect the tumbler(s) during shipping. However, Carter’s Crafty Concepts is not responsible for any damage to tumbler(s) resulting from improper postal handling during the shipping process.

Contact us IMMEDIATELY if your item(s) arrive damaged. While we cannot control handling during shipping, we will work with you as best as possible to find a resolution.

Should your item(s) arrive damaged, you should also contact USPS to file a claim.
